Rolex Vintage Daytona 6239

The Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona is the perfect all occasion tool watch for people with a passion for speed. It was introduced in 1963 to meet the needs of professional drivers by measuring elapsed time and calculating average speed. Tied in name and function the the world of professional racing, there is possibly no watch more celebrated by enthusiasts and pursued by collectors than the Rolex Daytona. This particular watch is a 6239 model that was manufactured in 1964 and is in fantastic condition for it's age, serial number is faded but legible, first 3 digits of serial are 108. This watch features a 37mm stainless steel case, a silver dial with 3 black subdials and lume plots, and original Rolex band.
